Code of Conduct
The shared expectations that make GoKoach a place where Coaches and Learners can do real work together, safely, respectfully and on time.

GoKoach connects Learners with independent coaches, mentors and experts. Great coaching relationships depend on trust, respect and both sides acting in good faith.
This Code sets out the basic standards we expect whenever you use GoKoach.
1. Treat people with respect
Treat Coaches, Learners and the GoKoach team professionally and respectfully.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, hate speech, abusive behaviour or unlawful conduct are not accepted, whether during a Session, through messages, in reviews or elsewhere on the Platform.
2. Be honest and transparent
Coaches must accurately represent their experience, qualifications, services, availability, pricing and what they can reasonably provide.
Learners should provide accurate information relevant to their booking and participation.
Reviews, profiles and other content must reflect genuine experiences and must not be false, misleading or deceptive.
3. Honour your bookings
Treat every confirmed booking as a commitment.
Arrive on time, communicate promptly if circumstances change and follow the cancellation, rescheduling, attendance and eligibility requirements shown for your booking.
Coaches remain responsible for confirmed bookings while their availability is active.
4. Verify Sessions properly
Where GoKoach provides a PIN, QR code, check-in tool or other attendance-verification method, Coaches and Learners must use it as intended.
Do not manipulate or bypass attendance verification.
5. Keep required transactions on GoKoach
Bookings, payments, renewals and other transactions that GoKoach requires to be processed through the Platform must stay on GoKoach.
You may communicate or conduct a Session through permitted external channels, but these channels must not be used to avoid GoKoach’s booking, payment or fee requirements.
6. Respect privacy and professional boundaries
Handle personal information shared through GoKoach responsibly and only for legitimate purposes connected with the relevant Session or service.
Do not misuse another user's personal information, communications, materials or content.
7. Stay within your scope and put safety first
Coaches are responsible for the services, guidance and information they provide and for complying with any laws, licences, qualifications or professional requirements that apply to them.
Do not misrepresent coaching as regulated legal, medical, financial, tax, mental-health or other professional advice unless you are appropriately qualified and legally permitted to provide it.
For in-person or physical services, both parties should follow any applicable health, safety, venue and participation requirements.
8. Protect the GoKoach community
Do not use GoKoach for fraud, unlawful activity, harmful or misleading content, circumvention of Platform rules, or conduct that puts another person or the Platform at risk.
If you experience conduct that may breach this Code or the GoKoach Terms, please report it to GoKoach.
Depending on the circumstances, GoKoach may remove content or listings, restrict bookings or payouts, suspend accounts or terminate access to the Platform.
This Code should be read together with the GoKoach General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between this Code and the General Terms of Use, the General Terms of Use will prevail.
