We assess not just what a coach knows, but how they deliver it, and whether they can create meaningful, outcome-driven experiences for you.
Application
Tell us what you do, who you’ve worked with, and what you want to teach. The more specific, the better.
Interview
A real conversation, not a form check. We get to know how you work with people and whether your style fits.
Background check
Identity, references, and any claims you’ve made about your work. Trust is non-negotiable on both sides.
Onboarded
Approved, set up, and shown how the platform works. You’re live and ready to start running sessions.
