01Events
5 questionsEvents are workshops, classes, talks, networking sessions and other scheduled experiences hosted by independent Event Hosts.
GoKoach helps you discover, book and pay for them, but the Event Host is responsible for organising and delivering the Event itself.
Event tickets are issued for a fixed date and time and are non-refundable and non-reschedulable once booked, unless the Event listing says otherwise, GoKoach decides otherwise, or applicable law requires it.
Always check the Event details before completing your booking.
If you miss an Event or arrive too late to participate, you would not be entitled to a refund.
We recommend arriving early and checking the venue, date and start time before you go.
If an Event Host cancels or fails to provide the Event, GoKoach may cancel affected bookings and arrange a refund or other appropriate remedy.
The exact amount refunded may depend on the circumstances and applicable fees.
Ticket transfers are not managed by GoKoach.
You can ask the Event Host whether they are willing to accommodate a transfer, but the decision is up to the Host.
02Activities
4 questionsActivities are hands-on, recreational or experiential offerings available through independent Activity Partners.
Think experiences where you get to participate, learn, try something new or simply do something interesting—not just sit and listen.
Unless the Activity listing specifically says otherwise, Activity bookings are for a fixed date and timeslot, are non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled by the customer.
Check the booking conditions before confirming your purchase.
If you do not attend or arrive too late to participate, you are generally not entitled to a refund simply because you did not use the booking.
Give yourself enough time to arrive and complete any check-in or safety requirements.
If the Activity Partner cancels, overbooks or cannot provide the Activity, GoKoach may cancel the booking and provide a refund or another appropriate remedy.
The same may apply where the Activity cannot safely or legally proceed because of circumstances such as severe weather, venue closure or government action.
03Coaches & Experts
5 questionsBrowse the available Coaches and Experts, review their profile and offering, and choose the Session or package that suits you.
Your booking becomes confirmed once the required payment or registration has been completed and GoKoach issues your booking confirmation.
Coaches and Experts may offer Discovery Calls, individual Sessions, multi-session packages, mentoring, advisory services and other professional or personal-development services.
Some Experts may also offer Fractional Executive engagements with their own service terms.
Where rescheduling is available, you can reschedule according to the notice requirements shown for that particular booking.
Different Coaches, Sessions and packages may have different conditions, so check the listing and your booking details.
Unless your booking says otherwise, unused Sessions expire when the package validity period ends and are not refundable.
Your package validity and number of Sessions will be shown when you book.
No.
Coaches and Experts provide their services independently. They are responsible for their own qualifications, advice, conduct and compliance with any professional requirements that apply to them.
GoKoach does not guarantee any particular career, business, financial, personal or other outcome from using a Coach or Expert.
04Payments
5 questionsYour booking is confirmed once the required payment or registration has been successfully completed and GoKoach sends you a confirmation.
Until then, the booking may not be secured.
Unless the listing, checkout or GoKoach expressly says otherwise, confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
Different rules may apply where a Partner fails to provide the service or where applicable law requires a refund.
If GoKoach reasonably verifies that your booking was not delivered because of the Partner—for example, because they cancelled, did not attend or overbooked—GoKoach may cancel the booking and refund the amount paid for the undelivered service.
Any portion relating to services already provided may still remain payable.
If you believe a service was not delivered or you are seeking a refund, credit or other Platform remedy, contact GoKoach as soon as possible.
Under GoKoach’s 7-day buyer dispute policy, issues must be reported within 7 days of the relevant Session, Activity, Event, service date or package expiry. This window is strict: issues reported after it closes will not be eligible for a refund, credit or other Platform remedy.
Not where the transaction is required to be processed through GoKoach.
Bookings, renewals and other required payments must remain on GoKoach. Partners may communicate or deliver services through permitted external channels, but those channels cannot be used to move a required payment outside the Platform.
If you transact outside the Platform, you lose GoKoach’s platform protections, including dispute resolution and refunds, even where the Partner does not meet their requirements.
05Account
4 questionsYou must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to GoKoach’s Terms.
If you are using GoKoach on behalf of a company or organisation, you must also have authority to act on its behalf.
Yes, provided you are authorised to do so.
You are also responsible for making sure the person attending is aware of any relevant booking conditions, requirements and terms.
Yes.
Your account details should remain accurate, current and complete. If your information changes, update it or notify GoKoach so that you do not miss important booking, payment or account communications.
Yes.
GoKoach may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary—for example, because of suspected fraud, safety concerns, payment issues, misuse of the Platform or breaches of the Terms.
01Event Hosts
7 questionsBusinesses, organisations and individuals who meet GoKoach’s Partner requirements may list Events such as workshops, classes, talks or gatherings.
As the Event Host, you—not GoKoach—are responsible for organising, operating and delivering your Event.
Your Event listing must accurately show important information such as the date, time, venue, price, capacity, eligibility requirements, age restrictions and other conditions.
You are also responsible for keeping your available ticket capacity accurate, including where you sell tickets through other channels.
Once a ticket has been sold, the Event date and time must not be changed.
You may change the venue where necessary, but affected customers must be notified promptly.
If you cancel or fail to deliver the Event, you will not be entitled to the payout for affected bookings.
GoKoach may refund customers and, where appropriate, require you to reimburse amounts connected with those refunds or payment costs. Your ability to publish or accept new Event bookings may also be temporarily restricted.
Event payouts are subject to GoKoach’s delivery checks, the applicable 7-day customer dispute window, and the Platform’s monthly payout cycle.
Payouts may be delayed or withheld where there are material complaints, suspected non-delivery, fraud, chargebacks or other payment risks.
Yes.
Event Hosts are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licences, permits, venue permissions, insurance, waivers, intellectual-property rights or other approvals required for their Event.
This may include additional requirements relating to food, alcohol, minors, equipment, physical activities, performers or safety.
GoKoach may provide attendee information where reasonably necessary to administer your Event.
Using that information for unrelated marketing is your responsibility and requires whatever consent or other legal basis is required under applicable law.
02Activity Partners
5 questionsActivity Partners are independent providers offering recreational, experiential, physical, leisure or similar Activities through GoKoach.
You are responsible for operating and delivering the Activity itself.
You must keep material information about your Activity accurate and current—including pricing, availability, capacity, dates, times, location and eligibility requirements.
If your listing remains active, customers can rely on that availability and make bookings against it.
If you cancel, overbook, do not attend or otherwise fail to provide a confirmed booking, GoKoach may cancel the booking and provide the customer with a refund or other remedy.
Partner-caused non-delivery may also affect your payout.
You are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of your Activity, including the venue, equipment, staffing, licences, permits and insurance that apply to your offering.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any disclosed health, fitness, age, eligibility or participation requirements.
Where GoKoach provides a PIN, QR code, check-in tool or another verification method, you must use it.
GoKoach may rely on those records when determining whether the Activity was delivered and whether the related payout can be released.
03Coaches & Experts
8 questionsGoKoach allows independent providers to offer coaching, mentoring, advisory, Fractional Executive and similar professional or personal-development services.
You remain responsible for the services you provide, including your qualifications, conduct, advice and compliance with any laws or professional requirements that apply to you.
You may offer formats such as Discovery Calls, individual Sessions, multi-session packages and other coaching or advisory engagements supported by the Platform.
Fractional Executive services may have additional service, hours or cancellation conditions.
Your profile and listings must accurately represent your qualifications, experience and services.
You must also keep material booking information—including your price, availability, dates, times, location and eligibility requirements—accurate and current.
Once a customer makes a confirmed booking while your listing or availability is active, you remain responsible for fulfilling that booking.
Pausing or removing your listing afterwards does not automatically cancel bookings already made.
Where GoKoach provides a PIN, QR code, check-in feature or other delivery-verification tool, you must use it.
Verification helps GoKoach determine whether the Session has been delivered and whether the associated payout is eligible for release.
Payouts become eligible only after the relevant delivery requirements have been met and the applicable customer dispute window has passed.
Eligible payouts are then processed according to GoKoach’s monthly payout cycle.
Not for a booking, renewal or other transaction that is required to go through GoKoach.
You can use permitted external channels to communicate, schedule or deliver your Session, but you cannot use them to avoid GoKoach’s payment or fee requirements.
Only where you are appropriately qualified and legally permitted to provide that regulated professional service.
Your coaching, recommendations and advice are provided independently by you—not by GoKoach—and you are responsible for remaining within your professional scope.
