This Privacy Policy explains how GOKOACH HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202624987C) (“GoKoach”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you access or use our website(s), mobile application(s), and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

GoKoach is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”) and any applicable advisory guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1.Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data that GoKoach collects in connection with the Platform, including personal data relating to visitors, Buyers, Partners and individuals whose information is provided in connection with a Booking or Partner Service. Capitalised terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given in the GoKoach General Terms of Use.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the independent collection or use of personal data by Partners or other third parties, including through third-party websites, applications or services. Those parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.

GoKoach does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by Coaches or other users.

• To facilitate Bookings, Partner Services and interactions between Buyers and Partners;

• To verify attendance or delivery, administer disputes, complaints and transaction-related matters, and determine eligibility for refunds or payouts;
• To provide customer support, respond to enquiries, and manage service requests
• To improve user experience, troubleshoot issues, and enhance Platform features
• To send transactional, administrative and service-related communications, including Booking confirmations, reminders, payout or dispute notices, security alerts and policy updates; and
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from regulators or authorities

Marketing: We may use your personal data to send marketing messages or promotional materials where we have obtained your consent or where otherwise permitted under the PDPA. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism (if provided) or by contacting us.

• Coaches (to deliver services, manage sessions, and communicate with you)
• Payment processors and payment service providers

• Legal or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by applicable law

No sale of personal data: GoKoach does not sell your personal data.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (DPO) (see Paragraph 14). Withdrawal of consent will apply going forward and may require a reasonable period to process.

Withdrawal of consent is subject to applicable legal limitations and may not affect our right to continue collecting, using, or disclosing personal data where required or authorised under the PDPA or other applicable laws.

We implement reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks.

• No system or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for business and operational needs and to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting obligations.

We may retain certain personal data after account closure or completion of a Partner Service where required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary for transaction administration, refunds, chargebacks, Partner payouts, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or enforcement of our terms. When personal data is no longer required, we may delete, anonymise or otherwise cease retaining it in identifiable form.

Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may:

• Request access to your personal data in our possession or under our control
• Request correction of any error or omission in your personal data
• Withdraw consent as described in Paragraph 6

We may require verification of your identity before processing your request. Requests may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee as permitted under the PDPA, in which case we will inform you of the fee before proceeding.

• Improve Platform functionality and user experience
• Analyse Platform usage and performance

Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Privacy Policy.
